Linking Japan’s innovators to the world’s creative economy
Saiko was formed with one goal: to enrich interactions between innovators in Japan and the world.
Based in New York and Tokyo, Saiko provides cross-culture public relations, translation/localization and tour management services for independent Japanese and Western creators.
Saiko draws on thousands of contacts in the international media and entertainment industries, leveraging founder Dan Grunebaum’s decades of connecting Japanese creators to Western audiences.
Events showcasing Japanese artists with iTunes and Blue Man Group in Tokyo and New York, and content localization, branding, web development and social media for Japan’s NHK World and Nippon Television are only a few of Saiko’s successful projects. Dan also writes about Japanese culture for Rolling Stone, the New York Times, CNN and Newsweek.
