Worked on the 2009 launch of Japanese public broadcaster NHK’s 24-hour English TV channel NHK World. Duties included editing, copyrighting and narration for the flagship “Newsline” bulletin, ranging from breaking news to market reports, as well as features, documentary programs and the NHK World website. Also researched broadcasting industry developments; provided corporate communications, branding and speech editing services for NHK’s international planning department.
